Trade Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Assistant – Food Service to support the development and execution of brand strategies. The role involves close collaboration with the Sales team and cross-functional departments to strengthen brand presence in the HORECA channel and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

- Support the development and implementation of brand plans, campaigns, and promotional activities for the Food Service channel;
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives;
- Monitor brand performance KPIs (volume, market share, distribution) and prepare regular reports;
- Manage and update marketing materials, product specifications, and digital content;
- Support new product launches and packaging development processes
- Manage customer complaints related to Food Service products (internal – quality, client);
- Coordinate the delivery of promotional materials, documents, and products when needed;
- Handle administrative tasks related to budgets, invoices, and internal approvals;
- Support the marketing team in organizing events (CSR projects, internal and external events);
- Translation of Food Service materials (packaging materials, recipes, etc.)
- Communication with external agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand management (experience in FMCG or Food Service is an advantage);
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
