Time & Payroll Specialist – Swedish Speaker

Smartemp is currently recruiting a Time & Payroll Specialist for one of its clients in the technology sector. The role involves managing and optimizing time management and payroll processes within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, while collaborating with international teams and supporting HR and Payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP HCM Time & Payroll;
  • Identify and implement improvement projects related to Time & Payroll processes;
  • Participate in design and build discussions related to time management solutions;
  • Take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP HR Time & Payroll and SuccessFactors;
  • Provide support to Payroll and HR teams on time management and payroll topics;
  • Act as an intermediary between local HR/Payroll teams and IT vendors;
  • Gather new business requirements from HR related to Time & Payroll and coordinate their implementation with third-party providers through incident management;
  • Provide second-line support for complex time management related queries;
  • Monitor data quality related to time reporting and time-related fields in SAP HR and SuccessFactors;
  • Execute time evaluation processes, handle errors, and provide operational support;
  • Continuously identify and prioritize areas of improvement in the time management domain;
  • Create and update quick guides, work instructions, and documentation for internal teams and end users;
  • Communicate with employees, managers, HR teams, and local authorities regarding time management topics;
  • Deliver training sessions for HR end-user support teams and time implementation teams;
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and collective agreements related to time and pay for supported countries.

 

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP HCM Time & Payroll;
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Time & Payroll;
  • Experience working with global time and payroll processes;
  • Strong experience working with large datasets in Excel;
  • Good organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across different countries;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and collective agreements related to time & pay is considered an advantage.

Languages

  • English – advanced;
  • Swedish – advanced (required to support operations in Sweden).
